Need examples of how to use it?

  • Design Analysis: In your design audits, tally KPI’s to enable more informed decision making, using SUM.
  • Complaints: As a measure to improve, review the average complaints received to date, or average time taken to resolve.
  • Audit Assessments: Get a quick overview of year-to-date performance on revenue, sales or churn.

Setting up is easy! 

Your Skyjed administrator can set this up in minutes!  

  • Go to Settings > Driver Library Select Driver to Update (or set in new driver); 
  • Toggle Show summary row option and Update 
  • Then update the Aggregate Type by each driver data property as shown in the video.
  • Then choose which individual column requires a summary 

 

Aggregation Types?

  • Average: Average of the values for the selected driver data property  
  • Count: Number of rows containing data   
  • Maximum: The highest value is calculated  
  • Minimum: The lowest value is calculated 
  • None: No selection 
  • Sum : A total of all numeric values for the selected driver data property   

 

To turn off

  • Go to Settings > Driver Library Select Driver 
  • Toggle off Show summary row option 
  • You have the option to set each driver property back to none, should you wish to reset completely or you can leave them as they are.
