Skyjed Standard Users

What can a Skyjed Standard User do?

A Skyjed User has full access to the application, and there are 4 levels of permission that can be granted. These are:

  1. Product Owner
  2. Report Viewer
  3. Contributor
  4. Product Leader

These levels allow you to define the type of access a user has within your workspace.

Product Owner

A Product Owner is responsible for all areas of their product audit.

They can:

  • Add and archive products
  • Add or modify information in drivers
  • Add, view and complete actions
  • Add and view comments
  • Create a portfolio
  • Publish, view and share reports and insights
  • Add/Remove product team members 
  • Manage the product status

They can not:

  • Delete products (after the first audit is published)

Report Viewer

A Report Viewer can view and provide feedback on a product audit.

They can:

  • Access and view products
  • Add, view and complete actions
  • Add and view comments
  • View reports and insights

They can not:

  • Add, archive or delete a product
  • Create a portfolio
  • Add/Remove product team members 
  • Invite new users
  • Add or modify information in drivers
  • Create or publish a report

Contributor

A Contributor is someone invited to contribute to a product audit.

They can:

  • Access and view products
  • Add or modify information in drivers
  • Add, view and complete actions
  • Add and view comments
  • View reports and insights

They can not:

  • Add, archive or delete a product
  • Create a portfolio
  • Add/Remove product team members 
  • Invite new users
  • Create or publish a report

Product Leader

A Product Leader is not necessarily the Product Owner. A Product Leader maintains oversight of the organisation to ensure all product goals and metrics are being met.

They can:

  • Access and view products
  • Add or modify information in drivers
  • Add, view and complete actions
  • Add and view comments
  • Create a portfolio
  • View, share and publish current and stored reports
  • Manage the product status

They can not:

  • Add a product team
  • Delete products (after the first audit is published)
