New Product Health Check Dashboard
This is available for every product which you can access from the Insights tab of your product workspace. When you use Skyjed authored audit templates or build drivers of your own that contain ratings or rating rules, your product will derive a product health score.
This is an AI-powered measurement of your product’s health and is a percentage rating out of 100%. As you conduct regular product monitoring, the product health check score is measured over time, which includes visual colour indicators to present negative or positive performance or impacts across the 6 domains of product health. Custom Data Range
Good news! You can now select your own custom date range for any Skyjed report dashboard that has a Date Range filter selection. Available for dashboards in your Product Workspace Insights tab or the Reports page in the purple sidebar.
Rating Rules
When you conduct regular audits for product monitoring you can activate a visual cue to indicate whether a product data metric is performing well or under-performing. This is called a rating rule, which you can set-up in your driver based on your product goals. Head to the driver library and as an example, set a rating rule on the sales trend based on your own threshold.
