How do I invite a Partner via Skyjed Connect?

Quick Guide

If you are unsure of the details to be entered in the steps below, consult with the Product Owner(s) for the relevant products.

Before you send a Connect invite to a Partner, you may want to let them know that this is coming and ask for the email address of the person best placed to administer Skyjed for their organisation.

  1. Set up information sharing before you invite a partner:
    1. Click ADD GROUP on the Distribution Groups page and follow the prompts to create the group:
      1. Select the relevant product(s) for the Distribution Group
      2. Select any templates that will be shared for information only
      3. Select any templates which contain information that will be requested from partners
  2. On the Partners page, click INVITE A PARTNER 
  3. Add the relevant details, including the email address of the person who will be responsible for the set up and administration of Skyjed for their organisation
  4. Select the relevant Distribution Groups, then click INVITE PARTNER.

The partner has 14 days to respond to the invitation before it expires. If this happens, you will be notified and you can resend the invitation.
