Read this article and watch a short video on how to access Skyjed's templates and customise with your branding and style.
As you capture critical product related data in Skyjed, you can now export data in your own branded templates effortlessly. Simply download a Design or Audit template and add your branding elements to customise to your organisation's requirements. Then upload your personalised template back to the Templates, it takes minutes! Ask your Skyjed Administrator.

Step 1 - Accessing Generic Templates
In the purple side bar, click Settings and navigate to the sub-category Settings, and select either Design Templates or Audit Templates.
Click on the Icon to open the template, and scroll down to the Export Template options and click on the download icon to export a skeleton template.
Step 2 - Brand Your Template
In this downloaded document you will notice that it contains mail-merge codes* and are placeholders in documents. When you export data in the Design or Monitor Workspace, the data in the drivers will merge with this template and populate the associated fields in the document.
In the header of your export: Picture:$images.primary_logo will automatically extract your organisational image saved in your Skyjed Settings area.
* Ensure you do not delete any of the codes!
Update the documents with your organisations' branding and style.
Example Export Document
The headings and sub-heading and mailmerge codes, can be updated to your organisational fonts, including using any background images.
Organisational Logo
Your organisations' logo will be extracted from the SETTINGS section of YOUR ORGANISATION's ACCOUNT.
Preset Information
The preset information shown above in the export document example is extracted from the product detail found in each of the products MANAGE TAB.
Step 3 - Upload Branded Version
Once you have stylised your export document, upload this back to the Design Templates or Audit Templates, so that it forms the version you need to be used as the Export Template.
Click on the + button
Upload your new template and name it
Your uploaded template should be visible and save your changes.
Step 4 - Export your Design or Audit
In your product's workspace, when you have drafted your designs or audits or published them, click on the export icon and select Custom Template. Using the drop down select the version you want to use and export in the formats provided and click on export.
Note: You can house multiple template versions, if required.
