Learn how to effortlessly categorise and organise your products and services in Skyjed. This brings a whole new level of flexibility to tailor your Skyjed platform. We have also introduced Two-Factor Authentication.
Categorise your Products
The new feature, Product Hierarchy gives users the flexibility to add product layers to their current product set-ups and create a hierarchical relationship between two or more products. An example for financial organisations might be (Category) Credit Cards > (Sub-Category) Business Cards > (Product) Platinum Credit Card.
What can you do with it?
- Share commonly required product related information to the lower layers by using the “cascade” icon.
- Rename and colour code each layer and change at any time.
How to start using today!
- For a new Category product, ADD PRODUCT as you would normally following the prompts and set up as Category Product.
- For a new Sub-category product, ADD PRODUCT, follow the prompts, select Sub-Category Product and from the selections, click “Product of” and then the Category.

For existing products:

Sharing Information to lower hierarchy layers
To share information, across the layers, use the same Design Template:

- When you start your product design for your Sub-Category Product, the driver will pre-populate the information cascaded.
