ADD A PRODUCT
Products are what Skyjed is all about. We’ll help you manage your product lifecycle and allow you to realise the most from your idea.
- Log-in to your Skyjed Account
- Click the Add Product button from your dashboard.
- Follow the prompts to ADD A PRODUCT.
- Now select GO TO YOUR NEW PRODUCT.

To create your Product Design continue to the next step "START PRODUCT DESIGN" or skip ahead to "START PRODUCT REVIEW".
START PRODUCT DESIGN
In the Product Design Workspace select CREATE A DESIGN and follow the prompts.
- Select from Skyjed’s Design Templates e.g. Launch Ready Checklist & Lean Canvas, or create your own in minutes by clicking SETTINGS and selecting DESIGN TEMPLATES.
- Complete your Product Design and when ready you can SUBMIT FOR REVIEW, PUBLISH and SHARE your PRODUCT DESIGN.
START PRODUCT REVIEW
The Skyjed Product Audit Workspace is where you conduct your product monitoring in the form of Products Reviews and Audits.
You can schedule Product Reviews in advance or create them on the fly!
- Click CREATE AUDIT and select from Skyjed’s Audit Templates e.g. Launch Ready Review or create* your own in minutes by clicking SETTINGS and selecting AUDIT TEMPLATES.
- Complete your Product Review and when ready you can SUBMIT FOR REVIEW, PUBLISH and SHARE your PRODUCT AUDIT.
* To create Drivers and Templates, you must be in an administrator role.
REPORTS & INSIGHTS
From the purple sidebar, select REPORTS to access a range of product health and performance indicators across all products in your organisation. Identify risks, opportunities, and review results in real-time as soon as you publish your Product Reviews!
From your Products Workspace, select INSIGHTS to access your product’s health check score. Start using Insights as soon as you publish Reviews!

*Access Automated Workflows if you are signed up to Skyjed Professional or Enterprise.

You can set automated workflow triggers so you can monitor the data in your product reviews for early risk detection and strategic advantage.
- In your Product Workspace under Manage Tab click on WORKFLOWS and create.
- Follow the prompts by selecting the DRIVER and DRIVER PROPERTY that your conditions relate to.
- Use “CALCULATE THE” to set specific data calculating parameters. Click SAVE and your workflow will run every time you publish a product review.
- If a threshold is met, you will receive a notification and an ACTION is automatically created for you to review. It takes minutes, so set up yours today!
APPROVAL CONTROLS *
* Access Approval Controls if you are signed up to Skyjed Professional or Enterprise.
- Decide on your Virtual Team(s). Add Users to these VirtualTeams and select their permission level at the product Level. For example, if you create a Compliance Team you might may include 2 approvers (Head of Compliance and Head of Product), these Users will need to be invited into the Compliance Team and set to Product Leader along with other Team roles. - Turning these controls on and off takes a few minutes and gives teams the opportunity to map Skyjed roles and permissions levels to your organisation’s approval process. Click on SETTINGS and APPROVAL CONTROLS and consider the options best suited to your organisation.
